9.45am Yoga for All - a gentle class suitable for any age and ability, including complete beginner.



Tuesday - Online via Zoom


7.00pm Pregnancy Yoga - suitable from 14 weeks, no previous experience necessary.


8.30pm Yoga For All - a strong but slow and dynamic class suitable for all including complete beginners.

Friday - Online via Zoom


7.00pm Friday Flowdown - a dynamic, flowing class designed to release tension and build strength. Suitable for all levels.


8.30pm Core & More - a rehabilitation focussed class faimed at anyone who has core, pelvic floor or back issues, or who is post-natal.
